Has Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated the Provisions on Handling Violation of Discipline and Discipline in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions?

Recently, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated the Regulations on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Public Recruitment of Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), which aims at clarifying the situation of candidates and handling regulations, the situation of recruiting units and staff and the handling procedures for disciplinary actions in public recruitment of institutions.

The relevant person in charge of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said that the promulgation of the Regulations is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the requirements of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way, and promote social fairness and justice. It is also an important measure to deepen the reform of the selection and employment system, improve the open recruitment system of public institutions and standardize recruitment behavior.

The "Regulations" clarify that the comprehensive personnel management department of public institutions, the competent departments of public institutions and the recruiting units shall deal with violations of discipline and discipline in open recruitment according to the management authority of public institutions, which embodies the guidance and supervision power of the comprehensive personnel management department of public institutions, the management power of competent departments and the autonomy of employing people in public institutions, which meets the requirements of classified management of open recruitment.
