How much is the compensation for our chef's dismissal because the company canteen is contracted?

The company shall pay economic compensation to the laborer: the economic compensation shall be paid according to the standard of one month's salary for every year the laborer has worked in the unit. For more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; If it is less than six months, economic compensation of half a month's salary shall be paid to the workers.

If the company (employing unit) violates the law and fails to notify one month in advance to terminate the labor contract, it shall pay compensation to the laborer in accordance with twice the above-mentioned economic compensation standard stipulated in the Labor Contract Law.
