Kaili City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture, and it is also the prefecture-level administrative capital of Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture. Kaili City, located in the east of Guizhou Province, is a regional central city in the east of Guizhou Province, China, one of the five major urban centers in the Central Guizhou Economic Zone, and the capital of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.
