1. 2. Before a licensed car is modified, it shall be registered with the vehicle management office. Only after the modification technical report is reviewed and approved by the vehicle management office can it be modified. After the modification, you have to go to the vehicle management office to go through the modification and change procedures.

3. Whether the vehicle modification is legal depends on whether the vehicle meets the photos on the driving license and the technical parameters of the vehicle. If it does not meet the requirements, it will not pass the annual inspection.

The new regulations clearly point out that the change of the car can involve changing the color of the car body, replacing the engine, replacing the car body or frame. The owner can directly go to the vehicle management office to register the change within 10 days after the change.

On the day of acceptance, the vehicle management office will handle the relevant procedures for the owner, including signing the change on the motor vehicle registration certificate, withdrawing the driving license, and renewing the new driving license.
