Our factory is made of carrier tapes. Is it toxic to heat with ps material?

Ordinary PS material is non-toxic, generally speaking, as long as it is not absorbed in large quantities, it should be fine. PS raw materials refer to polystyrene, including ordinary polystyrene, expanded polystyrene (EPS), high impact polystyrene (HIPS) and syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS). Ordinary polystyrene resin is non-toxic, tasteless and colorless polystyrene particles, which are used for transparent food packaging. As for other types of PS materials, I don't know. Anyway, don't always go near hot spots. If you don't smoke regularly, it's not a big problem.

The carrier tape not only has PS materials, but also raw materials such as PC and pe. Some are toxic, others are non-toxic. Regular factories will tell you which ones are toxic and which ones are not. Generally speaking, it does not mean that it is non-toxic or non-toxic, as long as it is not absorbed in large quantities, it will not affect your health.
