After you change your major, it has nothing to do with airlines (only for flying, flight attendants and a small amount of maintenance), so you have to wait for the airlines to recruit. However, the employment rate of Hangda University is very high, so don't worry. As for the treatment, it depends on your major, your grades and your practical ability. Of course, the treatment is definitely not as high as flying and flight attendants. But it can also be compared with ordinary white-collar workers (civil aviation is a monopoly industry after all), so you should work hard.
