Employment situation of mineral processing engineering specialty in Beijing

Mining graduates can easily find jobs. As far as this year is concerned, the units outside Beijing recruited by our institute are: North Mining Institute, North Nonferrous Institute, Enfei, Minmetals, MCC Jingcheng, MCC Copper and Zinc, Wanbao, Geology and Minerals Company, Chinalco and CICC. Many units have come, and most of them only recruit graduate students or above. Only MCC Copper and Zinc recruited undergraduates. The nature of work is generally technical, and design institutes and research institutes are engaged in design or testing, or equipment sales. Enterprises generally go to live on site or do business. Most of the salaries are average, but the prospects are still very good. However, since learning this major is inseparable from' mining', and mining is generally associated with words such as remoteness and monotony, you should be mentally prepared and don't expect too much from the working environment.
