2. Resume screening
HR searches for suitable resumes on major websites, and headhunters will submit resumes to HR continuously. According to the requirements of relevant positions, HR will screen out suitable resumes and arrange the next round.
3. Resume registration and interview
Ping An Group has a large-scale talent resume system. If an interview is arranged, the whole subsequent process will be seen in this system, so applicants need to upload their resumes to the talent system, which is called registered resumes.
Generally, there are three rounds of interviews, first the HR interview, then the direct leader, and finally the department manager, but the interview rounds of different positions are slightly different.
4. Personality assessment
Ping An has a set of evaluation system, called sexual orientation test, which is divided into emotional intelligence part and IQ part. The EQ test is not limited to time, and the IQ part needs to be completed within 20 minutes.
5. Interdepartmental nuclear personnel
In order to avoid cronyism in the department, the candidates who passed in the early stage need to arrange another branch of Ping An Group, HR, to participate in the audit and do a third-party audit on some application conditions of the candidates.
Step 6 have a physical examination
If all the previous procedures go smoothly, we will arrange physical examination, all of which are designated medical examination hospitals. Ping An will issue a physical examination form, and you can have a free medical examination when you go to the hospital with the physical examination form.
7. Publish employment notice
After passing the medical examination, a formal employment notice will be issued to inform the applicant of the position, department, salary and other information.
Step 8 enter
According to the agreement in the employment notice, go through the registration formalities on time, and the information required for entry includes the resignation form of the last job, academic degree certificate, ID card, etc.
