Why did the bus from Gaoping to Lingchuan stop?

The highway is closed. According to official website, Gaoping Municipal People's Government, on April 24th, 2023, Gaoping-Lingchuan Expressway was closed and bus service was suspended. As of August 22, 2023, the expressway has not been opened, and will resume operation as soon as possible after the expressway is opened. Gaoping is a county-level city in Shanxi Province, People's Republic of China (PRC) (China), managed by Jincheng City, located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, at the northern end of Zezhou Basin, and at the southwest edge of Taihang Mountain.
