According to the provisions and work needs of "Liaoyang City's Implementation Measures for Strengthening Talent Introduction, Training and Rewards in the Implementation of Five Major Development Strategies" (Liao Municipal Party Committee Banfa [2012] No. 12), with the approval of the municipal government, some schools in the Liaoyang City Education System are now facing the National Higher Normal Schools The school introduces outstanding recent graduates. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Scope and quantity of introduction
The scope of introduction is Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Central China Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University, The number of 2017 full-time fresh undergraduate and fresh master's degree graduates from 6 key normal schools directly under the Ministry of Education such as Southwest University (the undergraduate stage is full-time normal school teacher students) is 26. 2. Introduction Principles
This talent introduction follows the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and adheres to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity.
3. Qualifications that imported personnel should have
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Abide by the constitution and laws, and enjoy Civil and political rights;
3. Love education;

8. Obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates, and teacher qualification certificates before September 1, 2017.
4. Introduction Procedure
The basic procedures for this introduction include: registration, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity, recruitment and other links.
Registration period: November 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016.
Registration form: Online registration. To register online, download the "Registration Qualification Review Form for Selected Schools in Liaoyang Education System to Introduce Outstanding Fresh Graduates" (Attachment 2), fill it out truthfully and send it via email to: lysbyb@163.com.
The interview is planned to be held in mid-December 2016 (the specific time and location will be notified separately)
Those who pass the interview and pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized in relevant media for 7 days. For those who have no objections to the public announcement or whose objections have not affected their employment, go through the employment procedures and obtain a business establishment. If problems affecting employment are reported and substantive evidence is found, the employee will not be hired; if the problems reported are difficult to verify at the moment, the employee's appointment may be postponed until the employee is clarified before a decision is made on whether to hire. Those who fail to sign an employment agreement and complete relevant procedures with the introducing unit within the specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up the employment and their qualifications for introduction will be cancelled.
5. Other matters
1. During the introduction process, the certificates provided by the graduates must be true and valid, otherwise the signed agreement will be invalid and the introduction qualification will be cancelled.
2. The agreement will take effect immediately after the two parties sign it. Any party that breaches the agreement must bear liability for breach of contract.
3. This announcement is interpreted by the Professional and Technical Personnel Management Section of Liaoyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
