Can over-age crew members apply for high-speed passenger ships: men under 60 years old and women under 55 years old can apply for passenger ship transfer.

Article 11 The crew working on a high-speed passenger ship shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having received basic safety training recognized by the competent authority and obtained a training certificate, among them, the captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer and crew designated to be responsible for safe operation and passenger safety must also receive special training recognized by the competent authority and obtain a special training certificate.

(2) The captain, driver, chief engineer and engineer shall hold corresponding certificates of competency according to regulations.

(3) The personnel who have obtained the Certificate of Crew Competency for High-speed Passenger Ships shall have a trial time of not less than 10 hour and 20 single voyages before taking up their official posts.

(4) The age of male captains and pilots shall not exceed 60, and the age of female captains and pilots shall not exceed 55.

The crew working on a non-high-speed passenger ship shall not be over 45 years old when applying for the competency certificate of captain, chief mate and chief engineer of a high-speed passenger ship.

(5) The health status of the captain and the driver, especially the eyesight, hearing and oral expression ability, shall meet the corresponding requirements.

Requirements for taking the certificate of high-speed passenger ship;

To apply for the special training certificate for high-speed ship crew, you should have at least 65,438+02 months of experience as a captain, driver, chief engineer and engineer, or at least 65,438+02 months of experience in Shanghai affairs service for high-speed ships before attending the training. If you have 12 months' experience as a sailor on high-speed ship, you can also take part in the training and take the exam.
