3. Professional and technical qualifications and professional qualifications required by the recruitment position. Unless clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, those who apply for junior professional and technical posts and doctoral students who apply for intermediate professional and technical posts are not required to meet the qualifications.

4. Those who apply for department-level deputy and junior professional and technical positions shall be no more than 35 years old; Those who apply for intermediate professional and technical positions shall not be over 45 years old.

5. Applicants should meet the standard conditions stipulated in the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civilian Personnel Employed by the Army (Trial).

6. The deadline for calculating the applicant's age and obtaining a degree is June 30, 2020. Among them, if the applicant is a fresh graduate, the time for obtaining the academic degree can be until the end of July 2020 at the latest.
