Recruitment activities will be held through on-site recruitment, online recruitment, and live broadcast. The recruitment units involve more than 500 employment enterprises such as key enterprises in the province, enterprises above designated size, major projects, specialized and new enterprises, providing more than 10,000 jobs, involving manufacturing, mining, construction, culture, sports and entertainment industries, 17 industries including information transmission, software and information technology services. In addition to traditional recruitment positions such as economics and management, engineering and machinery, new popular fields such as artificial intelligence, metaverse, Internet economy, new energy, new materials, and e-commerce anchors have attracted much attention from graduates.

The event attracted more than 10,000 college graduates to participate, and 3,875 people reached employment intentions. The 12 live broadcast rooms have attracted a total of 200,000 viewers and provided nearly 4,000 jobs. 123 cooperation agreements were signed by 11 human resources departments, 73 enterprises, and 46 universities inside and outside the province. There are more than 40 entrepreneurial demonstration projects for college students. On-site consultation on employment and entrepreneurship policies was provided to 3,000 people, and more than 35,000 promotional materials were distributed.
