Generally, I often go to countries with relatively developed manufacturing industries, such as South Korea, Japan and Singapore. They all have many factories, and the wages are not bad. Take an advertisement sent by my brother as an example. In Aichi Prefecture, the hourly wage is 87 1 yen (equivalent to RMB about 50 yuan), and overtime is calculated at 1.25 times. Most importantly, the salary of this company is deducted from rent, utilities, gas and insurance. In this way, according to the 8-hour working day, a month is more than 20 thousand, which is the salary of first-tier cities in China.

Good welfare

Compared with high wages, foreign workers also have a special advantage: welfare treatment, mainly referring to medical care. In Japan, the medical level is high. Moreover, ordinary working-class people in China are really sick and dare not get sick. Many units have not paid medical insurance for some jobs, so they can only wait for death at their own expense. Japan's medical insurance and commercial insurance are very rich, cheap and humanized.

We China people go out mainly to earn 10,000 yuan a month, and we can bear hardships. We work 10 hours a day and sometimes we have to work overtime.

Let's talk about the status quo here. The locals are lazy and the pace of life is slow. Unlike our domestic workers, most of them work overtime every day. They didn't, so your schedule is very tight. They have one day off every week, which is three times their salary. They still have to rest, eight hours a day, unlike us in China who work hard to earn money.

Their workers are relatively slow to accept new things. Most China companies prefer to use China workers. China workers have no human rights and dignity in China enterprises abroad, and they are bullied and cheated by China companies for no reason! The company abides by the local laws very much to the local people, and dare not play hooliganism to the local people! So China likes to use China people!
