8. Personnel Recruitment

(1) If there is no objection after the public announcement period, the proposed personnel shall fill in the "Chongzuo City Public Recruitment Staff Review Form for Public Institutions" and submit it to the competent department. After review, the municipal or county (city, district) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will submit it to the government at the same level for approval.

(2) Personnel hired with the approval of the government at the same level shall be subject to the employment and enrollment procedures by the municipal and county (city, district) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(3) The recruiting unit shall sign the "Public Institution Personnel Employment Contract" with the employed personnel.

Post-employment management shall be carried out in accordance with relevant national and autonomous region regulations.

9. Organizational Discipline

(1) Recruiting units and competent departments must implement the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection" and effectively strengthen the leadership of this recruitment work, Careful organization, careful deployment, and close cooperation ensure that the public examination recruitment work is carried out in an orderly manner.

(2) The recruitment work shall implement the official avoidance system.

Anyone who has a husband-wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a close marriage relationship with the person in charge of the recruiting unit shall not be employed in the unit's secretarial, human resources, financial, disciplinary inspection and supervision positions, or those with direct Positions with superior and subordinate leadership relationships.

Recruiting staff and physical examination medical personnel should also avoid any persons who have the above-mentioned relatives with them during the open recruitment process.

(3) Strict open recruitment disciplines, and those who have the following circumstances must be dealt with seriously:

1. Applicants forge or alter documents or certificates, or obtain them through other improper means Qualifications;

2. Applicants cheat during the examination and assessment process;

3. Recruitment staff instruct and condone others to cheat, or participate in cheating during the examination and assessment process ;

(4) Applicants who violate recruitment disciplines or are not qualified for recruitment, commit fraud, or conceal the true situation will be disqualified from examination or employment, and will be prohibited from taking examinations for public institutions for two years.

Once verified, the personnel recruited in violation of regulations will not be recognized by the competent authority for public recruitment; those who have been hired will have their employment contracts terminated and they will be dismissed.

10. Relevant Policies

(1) Under the same conditions, candidates from ethnic minorities and candidates serving grassroots project personnel will be given priority in hiring.

(2) According to the "Regulations on the Commendation of Martyrs" (State Council Order [2011] No. 601), children of martyrs who meet the employment conditions of public institutions will be given priority for employment under the same conditions.

(3) According to the Law on the Security of Veterans, the "Replacement Measures for Retired Soldiers of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region" (Order No. 122 of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region), and the "Opinions on Promoting the Employment and Entrepreneurship of Veterans in the New Era" (Retired According to regulations issued by the Ministry of Military Affairs [2018] No. 26), policy preferences will be given to retired military personnel who meet the application requirements.

(4) According to the "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Volunteer Service Incentive Measures (Trial)" (Gui Wenming Commission Fa [2017] No. 4), volunteers with good volunteer service records will be given priority in hiring under the same conditions.
