Hebei Luanping Huadu Food Co., Ltd. belongs to Beijing Capital Agricultural Group. The company was established in March 2007 with a total investment of 560 million yuan. It is jointly invested and constructed by Beijing Huadu Group Co., Ltd. and Guantang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. under the joint leadership of the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office and China Development Bank. It is breeding chicken breeding, feed processing, broiler hatching and commercial chicken stocking. It is a development-oriented financial poverty alleviation pilot project integrating broiler slaughtering and processing, cooked food processing, condiment production, food safety inspection, cold chain logistics and distribution, and domestic and foreign sales. It is a national leading enterprise in poverty alleviation, a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Hebei Province and a key project of Beijing-Chengdu cooperation.

The total investment of the project is 560 million yuan, and it is planned to build a slaughter and processing plant 1 with an annual output of 30 million broilers, a commercial broiler hatchery 1 with an annual output of 40 million eggs, a feed processing plant 1 with an annual output of 200,000 tons of feed, and a condiment factory 1 with an annual output of 4,000 tons of condiments and 20,000 tons of cooked food.

Since the project started construction on September 1 2007, it has completed the construction of slaughtering and processing plants for broiler chickens, commercial broiler hatcheries, feed processing plants, condiment factories, testing centers, parent farms, standardized commercial broiler houses and cooked food factories.

The company started trial production in July 2008. By the end of September, 20 10, a total of 50,000 broilers had been slaughtered, and10.6 million tons of chicken products had been produced, achieving a sales income of10.6 million yuan, producing 200,000 tons of complete feed for broilers and digesting local corn10.26 million tons. There are 65.62 million broilers, and each household raises 30,000 broilers every year. The average annual net profit can reach 1.5 yuan per broiler, with an annual income of 45,000 yuan, which directly drives 1.8 million farmers to become rich and directly provides 2,500 jobs.

After the completion of the project, 70,000 tons of chicken can be provided to the market every year, and the annual sales income can reach 654.38+300 million yuan. It can directly provide 9 100 local jobs, directly increase farmers' income by 65438+700 million yuan every year, and drive farmers in the county to increase their income by 6 10 yuan every year.
