The starting time of the lease subsidy is calculated from the month when the guarantee qualification is obtained, and it is paid every three months 1 time.

The rental subsidy area for registered residents is 1 household 30 square meters, 2 households 45 square meters, 3 households 60 square meters, and 4 households and above 70 square meters.

The rental subsidy ratio of "employees in the industry" is: employees in the public service industry and industrial functional areas, and the rental subsidy ratio is 50% of the calculation standard; Employees in public service industries and industrial functional zones are given rental subsidies on an individual basis, with a subsidy area of 30 square meters.

According to the supplementary notice, after the expiration of the lease subsidy period, registered residents in Chengdu can continue to apply for the lease subsidy if they still meet the guarantee conditions of the lease subsidy at that time after examination. For employees in public service industries and industrial functional zones, the cumulative time limit for granting rental subsidies shall not exceed 60 months.
