2023 Jilin Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone Avoidance Regulations

The 2023 Jilin Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone withdrawal regulations require all participants in the open recruitment work and specific related persons who may affect fairness to withdraw, and shall be implemented in accordance with the "Public Institution Personnel Management Withdrawal Regulations".

Persons who have one of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply

1. Those who have been criminally punished for crimes, have been dismissed from public office, have been subject to party and government disciplinary sanctions that have not expired, or are under review , persons who are under judicial investigation but have yet to reach a conclusion;

2. Persons who have been found to have serious disciplinary violations and are within the period of suspension from taking exams during civil service recruitment and public recruitment by public institutions;< /p>

3. Public employees of state agencies and institutions who have been dismissed for less than five years;

4. Current graduates who are not graduating in 2023 (obtained diplomas after January 1, 2024 , degree certificate candidates will not be regarded as 2023 graduates);

5. Personnel who resigned from Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone within two years;

6. Listed as a dishonest union Personnel subject to punishment;

7. Active duty military personnel, current non-fresh graduates;

8. Recruitment of grassroots service project personnel and civil servants such as three branches and one support, college student village officials , recruitment by public institutions, etc. Personnel who have not reached the minimum service years required by the current workplace, unit or position;

9. Personnel under other circumstances who are not allowed to be hired in accordance with laws and regulations.
