The so-called information port refers to the national information infrastructure in large and medium-sized cities and surrounding areas. It is not only the support of information transmission, release, sharing and service in this region, but also an information transfer station interconnected with national information infrastructure and other networks. Generally speaking, information port refers to a high-speed and large-capacity information transmission network and public information system that integrates the production, transmission, processing, utilization and management of information, covers a certain area, and is interconnected with information at home and abroad, mainly including information transmission network, interest selling service system, network management center and information technology industry.
