What is the difference between campus recruitment and internship?
The biggest feeling from campus to society is that campus is very simple, and society is not as simple as imagined. Moreover, the knowledge learned on campus is rarely used in work. Let me briefly talk about my experience.
Before the Spring Festival, some employers began to recruit students on campus. While other students were busy making resumes and promoting themselves to employers, I was leisurely reviewing for the postgraduate entrance examination in the library. The postgraduate entrance examination was also a piece of cake. I have my own idea: recruitment is usually done after the Spring Festival. With your own ability, finding a job is not a problem. March is here in the blink of an eye, and employers’ demand has reached its peak, so it’s time to take action. After that, I submitted my resume to several places that I liked, and also participated in some written examinations and interviews, but everything seemed to be in vain, and I was just waiting for notification.
After experiencing several blows, I began to "doubt" myself and became a little panicked. "It was then that I suddenly realized that my career plan was not necessarily reasonable." I began to "step back to the next best thing" and decided to give up my dream of being a media person. It was the peak period of campus recruitment at that time, and there were indeed many opportunities. One Sino-foreign joint venture wanted to hire me as a clerk, but considering that there might be a better job, I gave up without hesitation. "Just like the saying goes, if you can't get high, you can't get low. When an opportunity arises, you are always a little reluctant, thinking that there will be a better job, but the result is that the good job slips away from you."
Graduation day As we got closer and closer, the pressure on me became more and more intense. Finally, I had to change my mind and decided to find an employer to work in first. But at this time, the large-scale recruitment plans of employers have passed, and recruitment requirements are getting higher and higher. They either require work experience or a postgraduate degree, making it increasingly difficult to find a job. "I was really anxious during those days. I saw my classmates signing contracts with employers one by one, and I felt very regretful." I even made the worst plan: If I can't find a job again, I will go to deliver food. It seems that I can earn over 10,000 yuan a month.
