Our Zhanjiang Normal University has always attached great importance to students' practice. Under the advocacy and planning of the Organization Department of the Communist Youth League Committee, our summer social practice activities of "going to the countryside" are in full swing this year, forming our teacher's characteristic activities. So our 10 information management and information system class is no exception, and we set up the "Spring Bud" social practice service team to carry out a meaningful practical activity in the countryside.

A completely independent practical activity tested the abilities of our college students in all aspects, so we also set up several groups, namely, teaching group, research group, publicity group and logistics group, among which the core of the team is the teaching group. The whole team is divided into four groups, each group has its own division of labor, cooperation and strict discipline, just like a self-care, self-restraint and conscious army.

Before carrying out activities, planning is essential. As the leader of the logistics team, I deeply feel that logistics is the backing of the whole team and plays a decisive role in this activity. The heads of our four groups conducted a comprehensive inquiry in the early stage and started our preliminary work in the countryside. The funds for this activity are completely collected from our team, and the expenses are the responsibility of our logistics team, as well as the arrangement and deployment of the activity personnel. We have encountered many difficulties in personnel arrangement, and it is really difficult to make a reasonable and balanced arrangement for personnel. Finally, little by little, rural work was carried out as scheduled.

On the afternoon of July 15, all members of our "Spring Bud" social practice service team came to Pingshan Primary School in Huazhou with great expectation. With the warm hospitality and arrangement of the fire leaders and teachers, we successfully checked into the school dormitory and settled our luggage. In the evening, we held the first meeting of all the team members, and made a comprehensive plan, arrangement and staffing for the official start of the next day's activities.

As the core of the whole team, our teaching support group has the largest number of members and is mainly responsible for teaching students. Teaching courses focusing on "Chinese, Mathematics and English" supplemented by "Safety and Health" were carried out. We have a head teacher in each class, and each class is taught by two teachers, one positive and one negative, so as to ensure the quality of class and maintain good classroom discipline. During the class, we arranged for the team members to sit in from time to time. During several days of teaching, our team members were warmly praised and affirmed by the students. We also agree that the quality of our class is not worse than that of regular teachers, and the teaching methods and contents are also deeply loved and welcomed by students.

The art group mainly offers the second kind of courses, including sign language, martial arts, cheerleading, aerobics, Tai Chi, dance and so on. Students listen carefully and study hard in the course, and teachers also concentrate on teaching. The relationship between teachers and students is very harmonious, and the rehearsal effect is obvious, which makes full preparations for the party before the end of the activity.

The research group carried out research activities with the theme of "paying attention to the problem of left-behind children in rural areas", went deep into villages to conduct on-the-spot investigations, and excavated and collected a lot of valuable information, which provided some enlightenment and suggestions for us to solve the outstanding problem of "left-behind children in rural areas".

And our logistics team, the main job every day is undoubtedly to provide meals for the players on time. Every day, we arrange things and prepare meals. In the process of cooking, each team member has a clear division of labor, performs his duties and fully displays himself, especially in cooking. Although many people have never walked into the kitchen at home, they would rather try and learn a few tricks. After all, we are here to exercise and improve ourselves. Others show off their housekeeping skills and even have the demeanor of a chef to make some delicious dishes. Every day in the canteen, the fragrance is fragrant, and the players also eat with relish, with endless aftertaste.

In this way, every day's work is carried out according to the original plan, and our top priority is the last literary evening, because it is a full display of the results of our whole activity. So during these seven days, both our team members and students are constantly rehearsing to prepare for tonight, and our team members don't forget to practice and strengthen the program in their spare time. At the party, the program is rich and colorful, with expected sketches, dances, singing, recitation, martial arts, aerobics, cheerleading and so on. There are also various forms, such as our team members' personal performances, students' personal performances, teachers' and students' joint performances and so on. Many people attended our party. During the performance, the actors were very involved, and the audience's eyes were all attracted by the players, and the applause continued. In the face of such a scene, all our team members are full of blood and sing: our efforts this week have not been in vain, and have been unanimously recognized and highly praised by leaders, the masses and classmates. Although it is only seven days, these seven days have covered all our abilities in society, and all our team members have also got some exercise.
