Molding workshop: The equipment has a high degree of automation with a constant temperature of more than 20 degrees all year round, and operation requires certain skills.

Vulcanization workshop: Mainly high temperature. In summer, the temperature is above 40 degrees, and the temperature near the machine is above 50 degrees. The temperature will drop somewhat in winter. Vulcanization will produce some toxic gases. Therefore, the material workshop is more suitable for girls.
