I have been practicing the belief of "taking root at the grassroots level, contributing to the countryside, being brave in challenges and working hard".

First of all, I am not afraid of suffering. I went to the village on foot in the winter morning. Farmers' friends can't accept it at first, so they need to explain the new rural cooperative medical policy in detail from door to door, so that the masses can accept this new policy from the heart and consciously participate in the new rural cooperative medical system. On the other hand, the people's awareness of the legal system and democracy is constantly improving, and they know how to use legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Now everyone is concerned about administration according to law and building a service-oriented government. As a village official, you can't work in a tornado-like rude way of "no admittance, three minutes". They must patiently and meticulously explain policies and solutions to the people in order to win their respect and welcome. When I went to work in the village, I communicated with the masses as much as possible and accumulated feelings with the masses from bit by bit. Now the villagers affectionately call me "Huang Zhishu" or "Huang Daxue", and now my work resistance is getting smaller and smaller.

At work, we should carefully observe things around us, be flexible and be good at exploring laws. Yu Guocheng, the village party secretary, often said, "Huang Da, there is a lot to learn in the countryside. Now that we are here, we should seize the opportunity to study hard. Of course, you need to observe carefully during this learning process, and your brain should turn quickly, and you can do well no matter where you work in the future. " For example, in family planning work, we should carefully observe the body movements of women of childbearing age when entering the village, so as to grasp their pregnancy and childbirth in time. If an unplanned pregnancy is found, it is necessary to promptly mobilize to terminate the pregnancy, so as to achieve early detection, early mobilization and early termination.

At work, we should live enthusiastically. If the masses have any difficulties, we should try our best to solve them. For example, when xxx, Group 2 of * * Village, just built a cattle farm, the technology was relatively lacking. In order to do a better job in cowshed, feed, daily feeding and treatment of bovine diseases, I specially borrowed six books on cattle raising technology from the farmer's bookstore in xx village, downloaded and burned the CD of cattle raising technology with xxx, a cadre in rural party member, and sent it to him. 2. Cultivate "three haves" and take root at the grassroots level.

At the beginning of May, my father, who works in Chengdu, asked me to buy two ceiling fans and send them to the village committee office in my own name for installation and use, bringing a little coolness to the hot summer days.

Remember your responsibility and concentrate on your work.

I have always adhered to the working method of "observing more, thinking more and summing up more", trying to make myself grasp the actual situation at the grassroots level as soon as possible, improve my working ability and set high standards for myself. Always bear in mind that mass work is the key point, the quality of cadres is the main point, and dedication is the duty. For example, the surveying and mapping registration of the homestead, "dog days", we also go to the village to survey and map, and we have to explain it carefully to those who don't understand the policy.
