In this respect, children in rural areas will definitely be given priority. Almost the construction unit process is shorter. After the presentation, if you are interested, you can talk to the person in charge directly. When you show him the original report card, you are basically satisfied and you can sign it on the spot. Band 4 is ok, but failing the report card is tolerable. After all, the treatment provided by some units determines what he can ask at school. Then I want to talk about real estate companies. In fact, there are not many people who need civil engineering in real estate companies. What is hateful is that many real estate companies simply say how many people they want in order to expand the scale of publicity in schools. To make matters worse, they seem to be addicted to it, and they have to wait for months before they finally decide who to sign. Among them, the first round of interview, the second round of interview, the first round of written examination and the second round of written examination often last for half a month. As for those resumes, it is estimated that they will be taken back at the end of the year and sold together with other discarded official documents. Of course, there are also good companies that really recruit people, but it's a pity that basically every year their schools are full of banners, as if they can sign in single-digit people. Of course, because such companies tend to select people together in universities all over the country, we lack some competitiveness in the face of competition from famous universities such as Tongji in Tsinghua. What is even more chilling is that, due to the hot property market, resumes are often as enthusiastic as buyers as soon as the real estate market opens. As a result, in the face of thousands of resumes, privately speaking, the personnel department of the employer often uses many "interesting" random selection methods to select some people for the first round of interviews.

Nowadays, there are fewer and fewer design institutes for undergraduates to come to our school, which are generally Grade B design institutes. The treatment is ok, but not many people want it. However, it seems that everyone's enthusiasm is not high After all, people who like to do design work are studying or studying in the classroom.

Although the salary is not very high and the working environment is a bit hard, everyone is very optimistic after becoming a project manager and other positions.
