1. Selection Principles

3. Scope and conditions of applicants
(1) Scope of applicants.
For civil servants (officers) and staff of public institutions who are on the job in government agencies and public institutions, please refer to Appendix 1 for the selection criteria and requirements for the specific scope of each position.
(2) Applicants should meet the following qualifications.
1. Have good political quality, professional quality, good conduct, outstanding performance, and recognition by the masses.

4. Registration and preliminary qualification review
Online registration will be implemented for this selection. 5. Examination and assessment
The examination includes a written test and an interview. The written test subjects include public and professional subjects (tests for some positions) and professional subjects (tests for some positions); interviews include professional skills tests (tests for some positions) and comprehensive interviews. The content of the written examination for professional subjects is organized and implemented by the competent department in conjunction with the recruitment unit, and the comprehensive personnel management department of the municipal public institution is responsible for guidance and supervision. 3. Rules for entering the interview session
(1) Those who are absent from the written examination of the stipulated subjects shall not enter the interview session.
(2) According to the different "grade composition types" marked in the selection positions in Annex 1 of this announcement, candidates for interviews (including comprehensive interviews, professional skills tests (exams for some positions)) for each position shall be based on The ratio of the number of interviews to the number of recruitment positions is 3:1. (2) Qualification review.
Interview candidates should hold their ID cards and academic (degree) certificates that meet the selection conditions at the time and place notified by the selection unit or the competent department. Candidates should keep communication open and pay attention to the public information websites of the employer and the competent department. The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates for confirmation. If the ratio of the actual number of people participating in the interview is less than 3:1 due to factors such as candidates voluntarily giving up or arriving late, the interview can continue to be organized and implemented as planned.
In the interview, the professional skills test includes practical operations, case defense, etc., which mainly tests the candidates’ professional operation level and professional practical ability; the comprehensive interview includes structured interviews, leaderless group discussions, etc., which mainly tests the candidates’ professional operation level and professional practical ability. 6. Physical examination and inspection

8. Trial position, employment and treatment

During the trial period, the personnel relationship of the trial personnel will remain with the original unit and their salary will remain unchanged.
