State subsidy standards for rural doctors who leave their posts

All localities mainly adopt three kinds of subsidies to improve the old-age treatment of village doctors:

First, it should be included in the endowment insurance for urban workers.

Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Gansu, Xinjiang and other provinces have incorporated village doctors into the old-age insurance for urban workers, which has solved the problem of village doctors' old-age care from the system.

Second, give seniority subsidies.

Hebei, Shandong, Guangxi, Hainan, Ningxia and other provinces give seniority subsidies according to the standards of 1 year and 15-20 yuan. The longer the working hours, the higher the pension benefits.

Third, give a fixed subsidy.

Guangdong subsidizes the elderly village doctors who leave their posts according to the standard of 700-900 yuan per person per month, while Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Qinghai and other provinces subsidize them according to the standard of 300 yuan. With the establishment and improvement of the old-age care system, more than 20 provinces, such as Hebei and Anhui, have established the withdrawal mechanism of village doctors to leave room for new personnel entering village clinics.
