These Measures are applicable to all kinds of enterprises in our city to participate in recruiting talents and attracting talents activities organized by the municipal human resources and social security bureau and other relevant departments according to the needs of enterprises and the work arrangements of superiors.

Second, the subsidy standard

To participate in domestic talent recruitment activities, if the total booth fee and accommodation fee of each household unit is less than 3,000 yuan, it shall be borne by the event organizer, and the part exceeding 3,000 yuan and other expenses shall be borne by the employer.

In Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, if the total booth fee, accommodation fee and transportation fee of each household unit is less than 5,000 yuan, it shall be borne by the event organizer, and the part exceeding 5,000 yuan and other expenses shall be borne by the employer.

To participate in the activities of recruiting talents and attracting talents from Asian countries, the organizer shall bear the booth fee, accommodation fee and transportation fee within 6,543,800 yuan per household, and the employer shall take care of the part and other expenses exceeding 6,543,800 yuan.

To participate in the activities of recruiting talents and introducing talents in Europe and America, the organizer shall bear the booth fee, accommodation fee and transportation fee of each household within 20,000 yuan, and the employer shall take care of the part exceeding 20,000 yuan and other expenses.

Each activity is conducted by the organizing unit in a unified way. Each unit 1 standard booth, 1 standard room, and the transportation fee subsidy shall not exceed 2 persons.

Accommodation is in principle the responsibility of the organizer. The domestic accommodation fee shall not exceed the domestic tourist accommodation fee limit, and the accommodation fee for overseas activities shall not exceed 1 1,000 yuan/day/home. The employer shall be responsible for the excess.

To participate in the activities of recruiting talents and attracting talents organized by higher authorities, the amount of subsidies must be deducted from the subsidies of higher authorities first.

Third, the handling process

According to their own needs, each employing unit must register with the activity organizing unit within the specified time according to the relevant documents of recruiting talents and talents in the group every year.

The organizer of the event shall apply the credit report according to the provisions of the Notice on the Application of Credit Report in the Use and Management of Financial Funds in this Municipality, depending on the specific subsidy amount of the employer's credit in the grade modulation.

If the activity of recruiting talents and introducing talents is led by the staff of the activity organization unit, the team leader shall pay the booth fee, accommodation fee and local chartered flight fee in a unified way, and the total cost shall not exceed the total subsidy that the employer can enjoy.

If the employer is arranged to participate in the activity of recruiting talents and introducing talents by itself, after the activity, the original invoice of booth fee, accommodation fee and transportation fee and the bank account number of the unit shall be submitted to the relevant department of the activity organization unit for review and reimbursement.

Four. any other business

After each activity, the employer shall promptly report the Feedback Form for Recruiting Talents and Enlightening Talents, and cooperate with the organizers of the activity to do a good job in tracking and investigating the introduction of talents. Otherwise, we will not arrange to participate in all kinds of public welfare information release and activities organized by the government within one year.

If the employing unit is unable to participate in the recruitment activities due to special circumstances after registration and confirmation, it shall inform the organizational unit one week in advance, otherwise, the enterprise will be included in the list of dishonest enterprises, and it will not be arranged to participate in various public welfare information release and activities organized by the government within two years.

These Measures shall be interpreted by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
