SYM is a Sanyo or Xia Xing Sanyo motorcycle. Xiamen Xia Xing Motorcycle Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. It is a professional motorcycle production company jointly invested by Sanyang Industrial Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Haiyi Group Co., Ltd. It is the only motorcycle production enterprise in Xiamen and a key construction project in Fujian Province.

As the mother factory of motorcycles in Xia Xing, Taiwan-funded Sanyang Industry has provided many favorable conditions for the development of motorcycles in Xia Xing.
