Structured interviews in teacher recruitment

Structured interview is an interview method that standardizes the evaluation elements, interview questions, implementation procedures, scoring standards, examiner composition, etc. according to the requirements. The examiner asks each candidate the same questions according to the preset test questions, and gives corresponding evaluations on the candidate's relevant abilities and personality characteristics based on the candidate's answers and behavioral performance.

According to the interview methods across the country, teacher recruitment is usually structured in two ways: a 10-minute interview and a 15-minute interview. Two questions are answered in 10 minutes, and three questions are answered in 15 minutes. Judging from the content of the questions, most of them focus on teacher-related knowledge, such as "What is the basic professional ethics of teachers?" "There are students in the class who fall in love, how do you deal with it as a class teacher?" "Nowadays, many families are passionate about What do you think about extracurricular tutoring for students?" etc. These questions are all asked in the form of "what is it", "how to see it" and "what to do".
