The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (second name: Zhejiang Yiwu Hospital, formerly known as Yiwu Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine) is located at the intersection of Chunfeng Avenue and Shangcheng Avenue in Yiwu City, and the planned area is It covers an area of ??189.3 acres. The first phase of the project is designed to build 110,000 square meters and provide 800 beds. The total investment is about 1 billion yuan. The affiliated Yiwu Hospital is scheduled to start construction in October 2009 and is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2014.

The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine is the first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University built off-site. The construction goal of the hospital: to be a modern tertiary-level comprehensive hospital with complete clinical disciplines, first-class in the province, and in line with international standards.
