It is a comprehensive administrative service organization integrating information consultation, fee approval, management coordination and complaint supervision. The administrative service center is generally a public management institution directly under the government, and the on-the-job managers are the same as civil servants in terms of promotion and salary approval with reference to the Civil Service Law.
