Hebei North University School of Performing Arts

The faculty of the Academy for Performing Arts consists of full-time teachers in the school and part-time teachers in enterprises. Members of the Academy of Performing Arts include:

Instructor: teacher of Hebei North University, offering basic courses for public and art majors;

Enterprise tutor: an artist with both ability and political integrity from performing arts groups and industries, offering art courses, setting an example and integrating knowledge with practice;

Training instructor: the enterprise appoints artists with performing arts experience to lead the students to carry out real training and practice;

Visiting Professor: The College employs a group of well-known professors, academic experts, professionals and industry elites from performing arts, culture, science and technology, finance and other industries at home and abroad as visiting professors to hold public lectures to broaden students' horizons and enrich their knowledge reserves.

The dean of the Performance Academy is responsible for the recruitment and appointment of teachers, and reports to the Teaching Quality Evaluation Committee for approval. Teachers in the Academy for Performing Arts implement staff management, and formulate teacher selection and assessment mechanisms, training systems and management methods. Break the boundary between professional teachers and development technicians, and establish the rotation of teachers' teaching posts and production technical posts.
