(1) Domestic college graduates are required to be 202 1 graduates with bachelor degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities in the national unified recruitment plan. International students applying for foreign universities are required to be graduate students with master's degree or above who graduated from July/KLOC-0 to June 30, 2026, and obtain the academic degree certification certificate of the Ministry of Education within the specified time.

(3) Students are excellent in school culture, excellent in all aspects, diligent and studious, and have no bad behaviors such as violating school rules and disciplines.
