This is the technological process in wire production.

Drawing, also known as wire drawing, is to thin large conductors into small specifications through machines and dies.

Tin plating refers to plating a layer of tin on bare copper wire to improve the oxidation resistance of conductor.

Extrusion is to wrap a layer of plastic, rubber and other materials on the conductor through equipment and dies (the materials are melted by machine heating, extruded onto the conductor through dies or used as sheaths), that is, we usually see the outer or inner plastic layer of the conductor.
