Is network management easy to do?

Judging from my six years' experience in internet cafes.

There are three kinds of network management in Internet cafes: service network management (i.e. waiter), technical network management and supervisor.

1, the service network management level is the lowest, and the treatment will not be much higher, which is generally the lowest income level in the local area. For example, the lowest income level in developed areas is generally 1 10,000 yuan, and the service-oriented network management treatment is generally only 1 10,000 yuan. Areas with poor economic level receive lower treatment. For example, the lowest income level in Guangxi is five or six hundred, and the income of service-oriented network management is five or six hundred. Service-oriented network management is generally three shifts, one morning shift, one afternoon shift and one night shift, each shift is 8 hours. Generally, big Internet cafes can take a day off every month, but small Internet cafes may not. The job content is basically to help customers add money, deliver drinks, clean up, and solve some common small problems on the internet. Anyone can do it, but he is usually very tired.

2. Technical network management. Requires a certain computer foundation, can repair faulty machines, and deal with common technical problems in Internet cafes, such as game updates and some problems encountered by customers surfing the Internet. The treatment will be one-third higher than that of the service network management. If the service network management treatment is 1000, the technical network management treatment is generally above 1200. Generally, there is only one technical network management in small Internet cafes, and the work is relatively casual, but generally, the daily working hours are above 10 hours, and they must be on call. There are at least two big Internet cafes. There will be two or three days off a month.

3. supervisor. The treatment is more than double that of service-oriented network management. Service-oriented network management 1000, the supervisor is generally above 2000. I am responsible for all the affairs of the Internet bar, such as activities, revenue management and so on.

Internet cafes also have two positions: technician and cashier, which are generally also called network management. The cashier's salary is similar to that of the technical network management, and the technician's salary is similar to that of the supervisor.
