Failure of UV flat panel printer may include but not limited to the following phenomena and reasons:

Ink breakage of printing pattern: This may be caused by nozzle channel blockage, improper setting of nozzle working voltage, ink bag blockage, ink problem, improper negative pressure adjustment and so on. The solutions include cleaning and adjusting the nozzle, replacing high-quality ink and adjusting the appropriate negative pressure value.

Poor printing effect: This may be caused by improper trolley height, too large distance between the nozzle and the material, too strong airflow, poor ink absorption ability of the material, and the nozzle is not calibrated. Solutions include reducing the height of the car, avoiding strong airflow in the workplace, replacing materials and recalibrating the nozzle.

The reset of the starting trolley does not rebound: this may be caused by switch failure, trolley board failure, SCSI line failure, PCI card failure, servo board failure and so on. The solutions include changing the switch, changing the trolley board /SCSI cable /PCI card/servo board, etc.

Image garbled: This may be caused by errors in ink-jet data transmission and processing, Carpoard failure, data cable looseness or failure, optical fiber failure, PCI card failure and image processing problems. Solutions include arranging nozzles to test individual nozzles one by one, troubleshooting nozzles, replacing data cable or trolley board/optical fiber /PCI card, reloading screen for processing, etc.

Abnormal ink discharge at the painting fixing place: This may be caused by problems such as picture processing, grating strip and car board failure. The solution includes changing the picture and spraying position, testing the spraying effect of different pictures in different positions, if other pictures are normal, it proves that there is something wrong with the processing of this sub-picture, and if all pictures have ink problems in this place, check the grating strip, etc.

The car is not running smoothly: this may be caused by the horizontal adjustment of the guide rail beam. Solutions include readjusting the light beam, etc.

UV flat panel printer crashes: this may be caused by positioning failure, grating head failure, trolley board failure and other reasons. Solutions include checking/replacing the switch, replacing the grating head, replacing the trolley board, etc.
