Chapter I General Provisions

In order to fully implement the spirit of "Sunshine Project" implemented by the Ministry of Education, do a good job in enrolling students for this year's general college entrance examination, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and the majority of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 1: These Articles of Association are applicable to the college entrance examination enrollment of Luohe Food Vocational College.

Article 2 The enrollment work of Luohe Food Vocational College shall follow the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, with comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Nanluo Expressway, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and National Highway 107 pass through the territory, which is the largest transportation hub in southern Henan with convenient transportation. The college has 10 teaching departments, 49 majors, covering engineering, economics, management, art and other categories, with more than 7,000 full-time students. The college implemented expert scholarships, and successively launched the "Double Hundred Talents Project", "Double Teachers" Training Plan and "Famous Teacher Project". At the same time, we recruit experts and foreign teachers to teach in our school. Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Twelfth Luohe Food Vocational College Admissions Office is a permanent organization that organizes and implements the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily affairs of the enrollment work of Luohe Food Vocational College.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 13: In 2020, the college will recruit students from Henan, Shaanxi, Shandong and other provinces. The detailed plan is that the Ministry of Education will reach the provincial admissions offices.

Chapter V Access Principles

Article 15: The admission work shall be carried out under the unified organization of the provincial recruitment offices, and the regulations of the Ministry of Education that "the schools are responsible and the recruitment offices supervise" shall be strictly implemented.

Article 16: The enrollment of the college in 2020 will be divided into four batches, as follows:

The first batch: independent (independent) enrollment batch: according to the total score of the college's single-recruit exam, according to the majors that candidates apply for, from high score to low score.

The second batch: the examination and approval of senior art college: candidates are required to cross the line in both professional and cultural achievements, and they are selected according to the order of application.

The third batch: the batch of counterpart specialties: according to the regulations of the Provincial Admissions Office, parallel volunteer submitted files, and high scores are preferred.

The fourth batch: specialist batch: according to the regulations of the provincial recruitment office, parallel volunteer will be recruited, and high scores will be given priority.

Article 17: Enrollment in provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) other than Henan Province shall be conducted in accordance with the batch and admission principles stipulated by the Admissions Office of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region) where the students were born.

Article 18: At the time of admission, we agree to the policies and practices of the provinces in terms of adding or subtracting points for enrollment.

Nineteenth new students will be audited by the school after they enter the school. Those who do not meet the admission conditions or engage in malpractices for selfish ends will be disqualified or their school status will be cancelled. The tuition fees paid will not be refunded and returned to their original residence.

Chapter VI Tuition Fees and Incentive Measures

Article 20: Tuition standard: The college charges fees in strict accordance with the charging standard stipulated by Henan Provincial Department of Education and Price Bureau. The three-year program is 6800 yuan/student/year, the two-year program is 8800 yuan/student/year, and the accommodation fee is 1200 yuan/year.

Article 21: Academy Award-assistance measures: At present, there are national scholarships, national bursaries, national inspirational scholarships, Henan Provincial People's Government scholarships, Henan Provincial People's Government Scholarship Academy Awards, bursaries, and order training enterprise scholarships; Providing national student loans to students from poor families; Provide work-study jobs for poor students, so that every student can realize his college dream.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 22: The Articles of Association shall be based on national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of higher authorities. In the past, if the requirements and regulations of the college on enrollment conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association is inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national and superior policies shall prevail. The right to interpret the articles of association belongs to the College Admissions Office.
