1. Basic requirements: abide by the law, be honest and trustworthy, have good personal qualities and professional ethics, have no bad employment record, and have no major debts and civil disputes. Have good professional quality, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, dedication and teamwork ability. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally. The assessment results in the last two years are all competent (qualified) and above. There is no obligation of non-competition and no obligation of prohibition. Meet the requirements of relevant regulations such as employee avoidance of rural credit cooperatives.

2. Education requirements: Full-time college degree or above is required. For specific positions, there may be more detailed academic qualifications and professional requirements, such as bachelor degree or above in domestic institutions of higher learning, or bachelor degree or above in overseas institutions of higher learning certified by the Ministry of Education.

3. Age requirement: Generally, the age is below 25 or 26 (calculated on the date of application). The specific upper age limit can be different according to the requirements of the recruitment position.
