Recruitment conditions of Yunnan provincial institutions

(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Good conduct;

4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

5. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;

6. Have the recruitment conditions required for the position to be applied for.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination.

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been punished by party discipline or political discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review and judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

3. The staff of an institution or institution that has been dismissed, expelled or expelled has not been 5 years old;

4. Personnel who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in previous civil service recruitment examinations and public institution recruitment examinations;

5. The staff of government agencies and institutions during the probation period and the staff of township (town) government agencies and institutions that have not reached the minimum service life in Yunnan Province;

6. Persons who have not obtained graduation certificates and other certificates required for recruitment positions at the time of qualification review;

7. Military personnel;

8. Other circumstances in which laws, regulations and policies prohibit the recruitment of staff.
