I. Senior Deputy Manager of Risk Management Department of the Company

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drafting annual credit policies of branches and analyzing the implementation of credit policies on a regular basis;

2. Be responsible for credit review of branches, including credit business review, credit rating evaluation and management of corporate customers of branches, and business analysis meeting before credit granting of branches;

3. Responsible for the post-lending management of branches, organize personnel to complete the extreme ten-level classification work on time, carry out the risk early warning of corporate credit customers, hold regular risk early warning meetings, and manage the credit risk events of corporate credit business;

4, responsible for organizing personnel to complete the work related to the identification of public non-performing assets;

5. Responsible for regularly completing the business analysis report of credit review; Carry out relevant industry surveys and complete industry analysis reports; Regularly sort out and improve the credit business process regulations; Complete various special inspections and investigations arranged by counterpart departments and external management departments of the Head Office;

6. Lead the organization of credit business training and complete the annual training plan; Responsible for the credit license management of the company's account manager;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.

Recruitment requirements:

1, 35 years old and below, full-time undergraduate degree or above, master's degree is preferred;

2, 5 years or above financial work experience, and engaged in risk management for 3 years or above, familiar with Hangzhou regional market;

3. Familiar with the risk management workflow of commercial banks, with keen market insight, business analysis ability and risk management ability; Strong execution, excellent language and writing skills.
