1989 July, Suzhou yihua plastic products co., ltd was established.

In July, 1996, it was renamed as Suzhou hualin plastic products co., ltd.

In July 2003, the company changed its name to Suzhou Hualin Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.

In July 2005, Shanghai Hualin Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.
