Recruitment conditions

1, support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the leadership of China * * * production party, have good moral sentiment and psychological quality, strong discipline, and be able to keep work secrets;

2, with junior high school education or above, hard-working, obedient to management, trained to engage in fire fighting and rescue work;

3. Age 18 to 26 years old, with physical and psychological qualities suitable for duty and training;

4. Meet the requirements of national conscription political examination and physical examination, be above 165 in height, be in good health, and be free from disability, stuttering, hard of hearing and color blindness;

5. Those who have served in the fire brigade, retired soldiers and special skills are preferred, and hold B2 driver's license or above.

Wages and remuneration/benefits

1, training period of contract firefighters (1 month) Salary: 1620 yuan.

Salary after the expiration of the training period: basic salary 1620 yuan/month, performance salary 800 yuan, post allowance 450 yuan/month, seniority salary 30 yuan/year, salary of about 2900 yuan, "five insurances and one gold" (pension, medical care, work injury, unemployment, housing provident fund, five insurances and one gold paid by individuals, and the unit bears about 65438 yuan. After working for one year, the salary is increased to the basic salary of 20 16 yuan, the performance salary of 600 yuan, the seniority salary of 168 yuan, the high-risk subsidy of 500 yuan and the post subsidy of 300 yuan, which is about 3,584 yuan per month.

2. Subsidies for the "Big Five" festivals: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, with a subsidy of 100 yuan for each festival;

3, contract firefighters in accordance with the paramilitary management and 24-hour duty system. Under the condition that the duty force is guaranteed and there is no special task, according to the daily performance, we will take turns to arrange 4-8 days off every month, and take a rest every year after working for one year 10 days. Recruitment procedure

(1) physical fitness test

Physical fitness test subjects: horizontal bar and parallel bars; 100 meter running; Run 3000 meters.

(2) Physical examination

After passing the physical fitness test, have a physical examination. Those who pass the medical examination will be examined politically. If the medical examination is unqualified, the employment qualification will be cancelled. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the fire occupational health standard published by People's Republic of China (PRC) National Occupational Health Standard on June 1 65438+1October12009, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the individual.

(3) Political censorship

The political review Committee will go to the police station where the household registration is located to issue a certificate of no crime.

(4) Signing contracts

After all the qualifications are passed, the contract will be signed with Xianyang Ye Feng Human Resources Co., Ltd. in a unified arrangement.
