5. Psychological quality test and physical examination: Changning District Education Talent Exchange Center organizes psychological quality test and physical examination for candidates who have passed the unified written test and expert interview.

6. Investigation and employment: the employer determines the candidates according to the psychological quality test, physical examination and investigation results of the candidates.
