A: Candidates are limited to ordinary high school graduates with household registration in Guangxi, and are allowed to apply across cities and counties (cities, districts). At the same time, candidates should meet the following conditions:

Admissions institutions organize interviews according to enrollment policies and targeted enrollment plans. Candidates with the same score will be given priority in the interview. Candidates with the same level and excellent interview results are preferred. Candidates who sign up for the local public-funded training program for normal students can't quit, transfer or change their majors, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.

5. What are the special policies for local public-funded normal students after they are admitted to the orientation training program?

A: (1) Before entering the school, the local public-funded normal students signed agreements with the enrollment institutions, county (city, district) education bureaus and human resources and social security bureaus. If no agreement is signed, their admission qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Local normal students at public expense are exempted from tuition, accommodation and living expenses during their study at school. When arranging various scholarships in the state and autonomous regions, they enjoy the same treatment as similar students.

(3) After the local public-funded normal students have obtained the undergraduate (junior college) graduation certificate and the corresponding teacher qualification certificate, the targeted counties (cities, districts) will organize physical examinations according to the standards and requirements for recruiting civil servants. After passing the physical examination, the targeted counties (cities, districts) will arrange employment according to the agreement. Local normal graduates who fail to pass the public medical examination shall terminate the agreement, return the public education fees enjoyed by the enrollment institutions and re-choose their jobs.

(4) Normal students at local public expense are generally not allowed to apply for other full-time academic education before graduation and during the service period stipulated in the agreement. If the directional training agreement is not fulfilled at graduation, the public education expenses enjoyed by the enrollment institutions shall be refunded according to the regulations, and the liquidated damages shall be compensated.
