Is it better to learn Thai or Vietnamese?

But personally, Thailand and Thai people are more inclusive. As long as you have certain adaptability, learning Thai well can easily integrate into Thai social life and find a satisfactory job in Thailand. In a tourist country, there is no shortage of employment opportunities.

It depends on where you like to work. If you are interested in developing abroad, learn Thai; If you want to work in China, I suggest learning Vietnamese. After all, the domestic demand for Thai talents is not great.
