What is the job of a raw material rolling worker?

The work mainly includes: (1) directing the crane to unload, stack and reverse, and checking and managing ingots, blanks and coils; (2) treating the surface defects of the metal ingot blank with equipment or tools, and cutting the blank; (3) Command the crane or use conveying equipment to feed; (4) Check the variety and furnace number, arrange the ingots, billets and coils with tools or command cranes, and operate the pusher and other equipment to send the ingots and billets into the heating furnace; (5) Adjust the fuel quantity of soaking pit or heating furnace, such as gas and oil, and control the furnace temperature and heating process; (6) operating the equipment to discharge the heated metal blank and ingot; (7) operating a roller table or an ingot car to convey ingots and blanks to the rolling process; (8) operating the equipment such as the capping machine, opening and closing the soaking pit cover, and loading the steel ingot into the soaking pit; (9) Clean the furnace pit with tools or slag crusher; (10) Troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
