5. The recruitment positions of intermediate and grass-roots courts are similar to those of procuratorates, and the requirements are similar, but the academic requirements for applying for grass-roots courts are appropriately relaxed. Generally, candidates who apply for the intermediate court must have a bachelor's degree or above, while those who apply for the grass-roots court are required to have a college degree or above, with professional counterparts.
