In order to further optimize the structure of the teacher team and improve the quality of education and teaching, in accordance with the spirit of the relevant county meeting, it was decided to adopt a unified examination method , openly recruiting 60 primary and secondary school and kindergarten teachers from the public (excluding Xuyi Middle School and Maba Middle School), and urban primary and secondary schools are recruiting 27 public teachers in the county. The specific brochure is as follows:
1. Recruitment positions

1. The county vocational education group is recruiting 10 people from the public.
2. Rural middle schools are recruiting 15 people from the public.
3. Rural primary schools are recruiting 20 people from the public.
4. Rural public kindergartens are recruiting 15 people from the public.
——For public teaching positions in the county (27 people)
5. The county vocational education group recruits 3 people.
6. The county-level middle school is recruiting 6 people.

8. Xucheng Primary School is recruiting 9 people.

2. Recruitment Conditions
1. Support the party's line, principles, and policies, have good political qualities, and love education.
2. In good health. The age should not exceed 28 years old (born after August 31, 1983). Applicants with a postgraduate degree can relax to 32 years old (born after August 31, 1979). There is no age limit for public teachers working in the county to apply for urban schools (including Xucheng Town and Huaihe Town).
3. In the past three years, I have not been punished or dealt with by the party, the Youth League, the government, or the law. (Rural in-service teachers who have failed the annual assessment in the past three years are not allowed to apply for county or urban primary and secondary schools)
4. Rural in-service public teachers who apply for county and urban primary and secondary schools and kindergartens must have two or more years of working experience in rural primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the county and obtain the consent of their unit before they can apply.
5. Educational requirements
(1) Rural primary and secondary school teachers are required to have a bachelor's degree or above in the corresponding disciplines of the normal school (or hold a professional teacher qualification certificate in the corresponding disciplines).
(2) Kindergarten teachers are required to major in preschool education or other majors and have a preschool teacher qualification certificate, with a college degree or above.
(3) For public teachers working in the county, they are required to have corresponding subject majors (or corresponding subject professional teacher qualification certificates), and have a bachelor's degree or above in middle schools, and a junior college degree or above in primary schools and kindergartens.
(4) The county vocational education group’s recruitment conditions for social positions are shown in the attached table.
6. Retired athletes from provincial basketball, football, table tennis and other professional teams who have obtained a college degree or above and are no more than 30 years old (born after August 31, 1981) (if they have experience leading sports teams, (can be relaxed to 35 years old). If you register, you can skip the written test and enter the interview stage directly.
3. Application procedures and methods
1. Registration
Applicants should provide academic certificates, teacher qualification certificates, and ID cards. Recent normal graduates only need to provide graduate employment recommendation forms and ID cards (originals and copies of the above are required). Two inch photos. Applicants who pass the preliminary review must fill out the "Registration Form" and pay the registration examination fee of 100 yuan. Those who participate in interviews and lectures will be charged an additional 100 yuan interview and lecture fee.
In-service teachers can apply for similar positions in the county vocational education group, county middle school, county No. 6 middle school, and county No. 5 middle school, as well as county primary schools (including special schools) and Xucheng primary schools. Report. Similar positions in rural primary and secondary schools can be filled with each other.

The ratio of recruitment positions to the number of applicants must reach 1:2 (1:1.5 for rural public kindergartens and vocational education group positions). For positions with less than 2 applicants, the exam will not be held, and candidates can re-submit their applications. If there are more than 2 people (including 2 people) planned to be hired for the same position, and the registration does not reach the corresponding proportion, the recruitment plan for the position will be reduced based on the actual number of applicants.
2. written examination. Content:
Teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens: professional knowledge (70%), pedagogy, psychology (30%)
Teachers in vocational education majors: professional knowledge (100%), Education and psychology are not tested.

3. Interviews, lectures and assessments. After the written examination is marked, the Education Bureau and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will determine the passing score. For non-service teachers who apply for positions in vocational education groups and positions in English, music, physical education, art, information technology, and preschool education in primary and secondary schools, interview candidates will be determined on a 1:1.5 basis from high score to low score. Rural in-service teachers applying for urban primary and secondary school positions will enter the lecture and assessment stage based on their written test scores from high to low at a ratio of 1:3. (The scoring method for in-service teachers applying for urban primary and secondary schools is attached)
Interview and lecture time: 7:30 am on July 17, 2011
Location: County No. 2 Middle School.
4. Physical examination. Those who participate in the interview will have a total score based on 40% of the interview score and 60% of the written test score. Based on the total score from high to low, they will participate in the physical examination on a 1:1 basis based on the position. Other personnel will take the physical examination at a ratio of 1:1 based on their position from high to low based on their written test scores (the physical examination fee will be paid by themselves). The physical examination will be conducted in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Certification in Jiangsu Province". The time and location of the physical examination will be notified separately. (Public teachers working in the county do not participate in the physical examination)
5. If there are insufficient admissions due to physical examination or other reasons, a one-time substitute will be made.
4. Recruitment
1. Conduct qualification review of candidates to be hired.
2. Fresh college graduates to be hired must go to the Xuyi County Education Bureau and the Xuyi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to sign an employment agreement from July 27th to 29th. Otherwise it will be considered as automatically giving up.
3. Non-fresh graduates who plan to be hired must transfer their personal files and personnel relations to the Xuyi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau before July 30. Otherwise it will be considered as automatically giving up.
4. The list of hired personnel shall be publicized within a certain range and shall be subject to social supervision.
5. Recruitment benefits
Newly hired teachers are managed according to the "Interim Measures for the Employment System of Personnel in Public Institutions of Jiangsu Province" and have a probation period of one year. Those who pass the assessment after the probationary period will be promoted to full-time positions, and those who fail to pass the probationary period will be disqualified from employment.
