At present, there are two 30m2 and 60m2 plane stepping sintering machines with an annual sintering capacity of 6.5438+0.4 million tons. Blast furnace is a self-supporting frame structure. The top of the furnace is bell-less and has a series of cans. The feeding system has two sets of control systems, automatic and manual, and double feeding trolley mode. The main control room of blast furnace adopts automatic system to monitor the change of parameters at any time, and is equipped with multiple sets of TV monitoring systems, which can monitor the working conditions in front of the furnace, the bunker and the top of the furnace at any time, creating favorable conditions for the operation of blast furnace. Two blast furnaces use a set of dust removal system in the iron house.

2×30m2 stepping plane sintering machine is designed and built by Shandong Metallurgical Machinery Factory, with two main exhaust fans, model SJ2800- 1.033/0.93, and motor power 1000KW. The 60m2 plane stepping sintering machine was designed and built by Shandong Laiwu Coal Mine Metallurgical Machinery Factory. The main exhaust fan model is SJ6500- 12T, and the motor power is 2500KW. Sintering machine adopts a set of mixing system, and each dust point is equipped with a dust removal system.

Two blast furnaces adopt a set of coal injection system, and the main control room of coal injection adopts an automation system. The model number of the mill is HRB 1300, which is manufactured by Hefei Zhongya Cement Research Institute.

The back iron system is equipped with two 52m double-chain fixed cast iron machines with rollers, with a cast iron capacity of 2,400 tons/day.

The first steel plant * * * has 370 employees, including more than 90 technicians. It was put into trial production on September 18, 2003.

The main equipments are: a 70t ultra-high power electric furnace; 70 furnace refining furnace; A double-station VD furnace; An R8m arc four-machine, four-stream alloy steel rectangular billet continuous casting machine, equipped with electromagnetic stirring and automatic liquid level control system. The main production sections are: 150× 150 and 180×220.

Since 2003, * * * has produced nearly 60 kinds of steel, including high-quality carbon structural steel, high-quality alloy structural steel, tube blank steel, bearing steel, anchor chain steel, carbon tool steel, spring steel, sucker rod steel and gear steel, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.

The second steelmaking plant broke ground on June 5438+00, 2006, and successfully put into trial operation with thermal load on June 5438+05, 2007. After more than half a year's production and operation, 33 steel grades such as 180×220mm, 260×300mm, φ 180mm, 20B, 35CrMo and 42CrMo have been produced. The products are high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, anchor chain steel, tube blank steel, gear steel, bearing steel, spring steel and sucker rod steel.

The second steelmaking plant is equipped with a 65t top-bottom combined blowing converter, two 70t refining furnaces and an R 12m arc five-machine five-stream Fiona Fang continuous casting machine, which adopts advanced technologies such as automatic crystallizer level control, electromagnetic stirring and multi-point continuous straightening. At the same time, various advanced environmental protection and energy-saving facilities were completed simultaneously. It is a modern steel plant with international advanced top-bottom combined blowing converter-molten steel refining-full continuous casting production technology.

The rolling mill was completed and put into operation in February 2003, with more than 500 employees.

The main specifications of the products are φ 16 mm ~ φ 150 mm hot rolled round steel. The main varieties are high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, bearing steel, anchor chain steel, sucker rod steel, tube blank steel and other special steels, with an annual production capacity of 6,543,800 tons.

Both production lines adopt the short process of hot delivery and hot charging of continuous casting billet, and are equipped with regenerative three-stage continuous pusher heating furnace, which uses blast furnace gas as fuel. Semi-continuous rolling equipment is used in the rolling line, in which the first line is equipped with three-roll φ550 unit for rough rolling, φ 430× 4/φ 320× 6 unit for continuous rolling, high-pressure water descaling machine, 160 ton cutting head hot shear, crank cutting head accident flying shear, rotary finished product double-scale sectional flying shear, looper, 70×8m rack stepping cooling bed and 500t fixed bed. The second line is equipped with three-roll 650-row roughing mill and φ 550× 4/φ 450× 2 continuous rolling mill. Equipped with high-pressure water descaling machine, 250t cutting head hot shear, φ 1500 sawing machine, rack stepping cooling bed, inspection table and other supporting equipment. At the same time, it is equipped with facilities such as slow cooling pit, two-clamping mill, nine-grinding head grinder and straightener to further improve product quality and meet customer requirements.
