Adjust the process parameters.

1. In the teaching mode, run the operating program completely manually to ensure that there is no danger in the process.

2. Turn on the power supply of the welding machine, adjust the flow of shielding gas and start automatic welding.

3. After the first weld is finished, stop running the program, observe the weld quality and see if the process parameters are reasonable. If necessary, fine-tune the process parameters, and then continue welding. Generally, after 2 ~ 3 adjustments, the weld quality can achieve the expected effect.

4. After the welding is completed, check the welded workpiece. If the product is qualified, batch production operation can be carried out, which can stabilize the welding quality and ensure the production efficiency in the subsequent production.

5. When there is a welding defect, the welding robot will send out an alarm signal, and the operator can solve the problem according to the alarm model.

6. During the welding process, observe the residual amount of shielding gas and welding wire at any time. If it is insufficient, immediately stop the running robot and replace it.

7. There is an emergency stop button on the teaching device of welding robot. In case of misoperation or welding defects during welding, you can press the emergency stop button to repair the welding parameters and workpiece and stop the loss in time.
